At the beginning of the education evaluation work, the league branch organized the members of the branch to carry out learning and education, and each member wrote self-evaluation materials about their personal performance in 2020 and the role of the members in the branch。Subsequently, each member read out the self-evaluation materials at the league branch meeting, and other members commented on them, affirmed their achievements and pointed out their shortcomings, and evaluated and voted on all members by the branch。The branch committee shall, based on the results of individual self-evaluation, member mutual evaluation and evaluation voting, give the educational evaluation ranking of each member, submit it to the higher committee for approval and make good use of the evaluation results。All league branches seriously carried out criticism and self-criticism, and achieved the purpose of adhering to standards, enhancing unity, and cheering。The members said that they had experienced a strict training in the organization of the Youth League。
